We are starting a new Q&A with social media leaders. Over the coming months we will be profiling social media innovators and practitioners from all kinds of cool companies that are doing work in social media. In some cases, the practitioner will be profiled first and interviewed a week later. During the interim week, our readers are all welcome to submit your questions to the person being interviewed and we will do our best to get them answered.
Our first spotlight is on PetSmart's Shana Costarella (@shawniec).
